Returning a Carver Bike

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your Carver bike. If something doesn't fit, you can send your unused bike back to us up to 30 days after receipt.
To do this, simply go to your customer account . There you can make a return request within the order.
Alternatively, you can also use our contact form and the subject Returns. Our customer service will contact you promptly.

As soon as your complaint has been received and customer service has processed your request, a return label will be sent to you by email and you can send your return back to us free of charge.

Before returning the bike, it is important to make some preparations to ensure it is optimally protected during transport. Since the bike arrived pre-assembled, you only have to do a few steps to put the bike back in the box.

Here are some important steps to keep in mind when packing your bike:

1. Send the bike back in the original packaging. If it is no longer available or is damaged, contact our customer service so that we can send you a new box.
2. Make sure you put all the included accessories back in the box.
3. The handlebars must be placed sideways for shipping.
4. Remove the pedals: To save space and avoid damage, the pedals must be removed.
5. Protect sensitive parts: For example, use foam pads to protect sensitive parts such as the frame and circuitry.
6. Add additional cushioning material: Fill the remaining space in the box with cushioning material such as bubble wrap or old newspapers to ensure the bike does not slip or become damaged during transport.

Once your bike is safely packed, it's time to prepare it for return:

1. Attach the return label: Attach the return label provided by our customer service to the box in a visible place.
2. Your return will be picked up by the shipping company.
3. Track your return: After you return the bike, you can track the status of your return via the tracking system to ensure it has arrived safely.
