With JobRad to your carver bike: What you need to know after buying it

Thank you for choosing a Carver bike through JobRad. You have made an excellent choice for being mobile - be it on the way to work, in everyday life or for sporting adventures. But what actually happens after the purchase via JobRad? Let's go through it step by step, paying particular attention to step 4!

1. Confirmation of your order

As soon as you have found the bike you want in the Carver online shop and selected JobRad as your payment method, your order will be sent to JobRad. We upload the offer to the JobRad portal for you. JobRad will check the details of your leasing application together with your employer.

2. Agree to the transfer agreement

As soon as the credit check is positive, you will receive a leasing contract. This transfer agreement includes the terms of use for the JobRad and must be signed and sent back to JobRad. After agreeing to the transfer agreement, you must click on the “Complete application” button.

3. Shipping your Carver bike

If everything has been approved by JobRad and your employer, we at Carver will immediately get to work and prepare your order for shipping. We will of course inform you about the further process here.

4. Confirm receipt of your bike in the JobRad portal

The big moment is here: your Carver Bike reaches you!

But before you go on your first ride, you have to confirm receipt of your Carver Bike in the JobRad portal.

This step activates your leasing contract and ensures that everything is correct. To do this, simply log in to your JobRad customer account and follow the instructions to confirm.
