Which payment methods are possible?

You can pay in our online shop with the following payment methods:

  • Installment purchase with Easycredit

How can you download your invoice?

As soon as we have sent your order on its way, we will send you the invoice by email.

Can the billing address be changed later?

Would you like to change the billing address of your order later?

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that it is not possible to subsequently adjust the billing address in our system.

Wrong frame number on your invoice?

If you have noticed a discrepancy in the frame number on your invoice, we ask for your help.

It is necessary that you send us meaningful photos that, on the one hand, show an overall view of your bike and, on the other hand, clearly show the frame number. It is also necessary that you provide us with your order number.
Please send the relevant information by email to our customer service at info@carver.de . After receiving and checking your data, we will immediately create a corrected invoice for you and send it to you.

When will you receive your refund for a return?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, the refund will usually be processed within a seven business day window. The repayment will take place via the same method that you used for the original transaction.

If the refunded amount is not credited to you within the specified period, we ask you to contact us immediately using our contact form.
