How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of EUR 24.99.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery takes place on weekdays between Monday and Friday and between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and is carried out by a shipping company that delivers your order to the curb.
Our delivery time is currently around 5 to 7 working days. Don't forget to take possible holidays into account, as this may delay the arrival of your order slightly.

Individual settings on the bike

Your new carver bike comes in the standard configuration as developed by our professionals. Please have
Understanding that we cannot make personal adjustments to components such as the handlebars, saddle or shocks.

For individual settings, we recommend that you visit a local bicycle workshop after receiving your bike or do the fine tuning of your new vehicle yourself. This means you can tailor your bike or e-bike perfectly to your needs.

How does your bike arrive?

When your carver bike arrives, it is almost ready for use. We have already pre-assembled everything for you so you can get started straight away.
However, a few small steps are still required from you:

  • Simply adjust the handlebars and saddle height according to your preferences
  • Attach the pedals

What does the standard scope of delivery include?

In addition to the components listed in the product description, Carver's delivery includes additional elements that complete your cycling experience:

  • No checklist for your first ride
  • An instruction manual that gives you all the information you need to use and care for your bike in the best possible way.
  • A multi-tool that is essential for occasional adjustments or minor repairs and should always be to hand.
  • A set of pedals so that you are ready for your first ride immediately after assembly.

We strive to provide you with a holistic product and service experience. We hope that these additional components will help to make your cycling adventure smooth and enjoyable right from the start.

Delivery process and scheduling

  1. Your Carver bike will be carefully assembled in our warehouse and prepared for shipping.
  2. After completion, we will forward your order to our logistics partner. The update will appear in your order status: “Shipping has taken place”.
  3. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as it is activated, which can take up to 72 hours.
  4. After arriving at our shipping partner's distribution center, you will be notified of a delivery date by email.

We ask you to also check your spam folder for relevant messages.
Please make sure that your telephone number is correctly stored with us and that you can be reached at it.
If this is not the case, we ask that you contact our customer service immediately.

Apply for parking permit

  1. Please download the necessary storage permit directly from the shipping company's website
  2. Then immediately submit the completed form to the shipping team by responding to the email regarding your delivery date.
  3. Our shipping company will explicitly confirm that you have permission to store your goods. It should be noted that only a parking permit authorized by the shipping company is valid. A simple notice on the front door does not meet the necessary conditions.
    Please be aware that the option of a storage permit is not available for the JobRad, invoice purchase or installment purchase payment methods.

Order not shipped yet?

At Carver, we know you can't wait to get started on your new bike.

If you find that your order status does not update to "Shipped" within 5 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are standing by to ensure your cycling adventure can begin as quickly as possible.

Change delivery address later

At Carver, we understand that flexibility is an important aspect of online shopping. However, we must inform you that it is not possible to subsequently adjust the delivery address in the system. To ensure that your bike is delivered to the correct address, we ask that you cancel the current order and place a new order with the correct delivery address. If the error is just a small discrepancy, such as an incorrect house number, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will then check to what extent we can help you resolve the problem.

Not at home on the delivery date

If you cannot be present in person on the planned delivery date, we offer you the opportunity to arrange an alternative delivery date directly with our logistics partner.
Alternatively, you can also allow the shipping company to deposit your order securely at your place of residence. For this we need a parking permit from you.
You can find the necessary contact details for our shipping company as well as further information about your delivery date in the shipping confirmation that we sent to you by email.

Delivery date was not met

Unfortunately, the delivery company did not keep the promised date for your order. We understand how important timely deliveries are to you and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please use the contact form , which you can find here on this page. We will contact the shipping company immediately and ensure that your Carver bike gets to you as quickly as possible.

Didn't you receive a tracking link?

Please check whether your order has already been marked as “shipped”.

  • If so, we have already sent the tracking link to the email address you provided to us. To be on the safe side, also check your spam folder if the email ended up there.
  • If not, your order is still in the processing phase and has therefore not been shipped yet. If you placed your order more than five days ago and have not yet received shipping status, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service .
  • We will immediately determine the cause of the delay and offer you a quick solution.
